Machine park
Stoll multi-gauge machines for chunky and mid-weight knits and Shima Seiki machines for fine gauge, allowing sampling and bulk production to run in parallel.

Knitting is our core and happens in-house. For full-package orders our team also manages linking, washing, pressing and packing, with one schedule and one quality standard.

Tech pack review
We read your design, yarn and measurements, flag anything that will not knit well, and confirm price and timing.

Programming & sampling
The style is programmed and knitted as a proto, then as a fit sample for your approval.

Bulk knitting
Panels are knitted in our facility, with measurements checked on every lot.

Full-package finishing
For full-package orders, linking, washing, pressing and labelling are managed by our team.

Final inspection & shipping
Measurements, appearance and packing are checked before the cartons close. Third-party inspections are welcome.
