When you submit the quote request form, we process the data you provide (name, company, contact details and project information) only to answer your request and prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR; Turkish Law No. 6698 KVKK). To protect the form against spam and abuse, we also store, together with your request, a pseudonymous code derived from your IP address (the IP address itself is not stored) and the type of browser you used. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data is stored securely with our hosting and database providers and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. We keep it for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship.

This website does not use cookies and does not store any information on your device. To understand how the site is used, we record which pages are viewed, for how long, the country, city and network of access (for example the name of a company or internet provider) and, if a visit comes from a link we have sent, the label contained in that link. Visitors are recognised only through a pseudonymous code that is generated from the IP address and browser type and changes every day; IP addresses themselves are not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding the use of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
